Use the diagnostics screen for troubleshooting.
This screen provides an easy way for you to generate a file containing the NWA/WAC’s configuration and diagnostic information. You may need to generate this file and send it to customer support during troubleshooting.

Filename |
This is the name of the most recently created diagnostic file. |

Last modified |
This is the date and time that the last diagnostic file was created. The format is yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss. |

Size |
This is the size of the most recently created diagnostic file. |

Diagnostic Collect Category |
This field displays each category of settings. Select which categories you want the NWA/WAC to include in the diagnostic file. |

Customized |
Select this option to obtain the diagnostic information for configuration which is not included in a pre-defined category. |

Script |
If you select the Customized option, select a shell script file from the drop-down list. You can upload a new shell script file using the Maintenance > File Manager > Shell Script screen. |

Collect Now |
Click this to have the NWA/WAC create a new diagnostic file. |

Download |
Click this to save the most recent diagnostic file to a computer. |
